Hi Craig - Here's one for you that I got from a radio DJ LEGEND here in LA - Robert W. Morgan. It's great on New Years Day. UNCLE DICK'S PORK ROAST, Robert W. Morgan Boneless Pork Loin Roast 8 to 10 15oz cans sauerkraut Hot Dogs Beer Cover the bottom of a roasting pan with about 1/2 the kraut and lay on the pork roast. Cover with rest of the kraut - it should be smothered. Cover tightly and cook for 12 hours at 175 to 200. Check for liquid and add beer as needed. In the afternoon at halftime, bury some dogs in the kraut for 20-30 minutes and serve with mustard on steamed buns and some of the kraut. To serve pork, cover plates with mashed potato and lay on pork/kraut mixture. Believe me, it's terrific.
