I am a serious home baker...baking several times a week and with
good results most of the time. However, I have looked for a really
good recipe for English Muffins and haven't found one yet. I
haven't come close to Thomases -- mine turn out too chewy and without
the coarse holes that are characteristicof the "real thing."
Can anyone help me?
