This is a slight variation on Dayle's recipe for the butter cream. Use INSTANT vanilla pudding (according to package directions) Add ONE tablespoon at a time and mix in well. When the pudding is all mixed in stop mixing, or the cream may separate. Use icing (confectioner's) sugar instead of granulated - easier to mix. You can also use Chocolate Pudding with some cocoa added in for a chocolate variation. Joyce
