many years ago I visited a Benihana type Japanese restaurant. The appetizer was butterfiled shrimp with a white cream/egg sauce poured over them and then set a blaze. The name of the restaurant was Ichiban in Northbrook Illinois. They have since closed. If anyone knows the recipe I will be eternally grateful. signed.....Still looking
