I don't know if the flour is available, but here is a recipe from a cookbook called Indian Cooking

Navajo Acorn Bread

1 cup acorn flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
1 cup milk

Shell acorns and grind meats in a food mill or blender. Measure 1 cup meal and combine with cornmeal, flour, salt, and baking powder. Combine honey, egg, and milk and add to dry ingred. Mix just till all dry ingred. are moistened. Pour into a greased 8x8" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min.
