Take a 7 min. icing recipe let it cool down. Then whip 1/2 pint whipping cream do not add any sugar and fold into 7 min. icing. This is a very fluffy icing and also stops the harding that you get with 7 min. icing. One draw back you have to keep your cake in the frig. Excellent on Angle Food cake.
