I have another recipe for ice cream that I thought you might enjoy also. I found it in an Amish cookbook and it is very rich and creamy.
Homemade Ice Cream
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 T. vanilla
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding mix, mixed according to package directions
1/2 t. salt
14 oz. can milnot, chilled (a must)
1 1/2 qts. milk
Beat eggs well, gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating until well blended. Add prepared pudding and mix slightly. Add remaining ingredients and mix all together. Fill freezer until it is 3/4 full. Mine usually freezes in about 30 minutes.
