I just found this site and I am so excited to have such lovely people to communicate with about my favorite topic - RECIPES. A few years ago I ate at a place called Alfalfa's in Lexington, KY. They had a quiche called Apple and Cheddar. It was delicious! I have tried to recreate without any luck. I called asking for the recipe and was told they don't give them out. I would love to have a recipe for this quiche. Thanks for your help.
