I ALWAYS SOAK MY CHICKEN IN SALT WATER FOR A FEW HOURS.
I JUST PUT IT IN A PLASTIC BAG AND ADD 1/4 CUP OF SALT FILL THE BAG WITH WATER AND LET IT SOAK. THERE IS NO SALTY TASTE, IT MAKES IT MUCH MORE JUICER AND TENDER
TAKE A BOTTLE OF LOUISANA HOT SAUCE AND ABOUT 2 TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER OR MARGRINE, A SMALL MINCED ONION (WHITE OR YELLOW) AND SIMMER ON THE STOVE TILL THE ONIONS GET SOFT. POUR OVER THE CHICKEN WINGS AND EITHER COOK IN THE OVEN USING NON STICK SPRAY OR ON A RACK OR COOK ON THE BAR-B-QUE ON A RACK.
