This is not a pie but an old recipe for a cake using the Jello Pistachio Pudding
Mix. Your mother might enjoy this one too!
PISTACHIO CAKE
1 Box instant Pistachio Pudding right out of box
1 box Duncen Hines Yellow cake mix
1/2 cup veg. oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
1 T. sugar
Mix well all ingredients together in a bowl with mixer. Bake in a bundt pan in a 350 degree preheated oven for 40 minutes.
This is easy and tasty. A nice GREEN treat for St. Patrick's Day too! :)
