Hi Judy, I remembered something I thought I'd share with you that is very good.
STRAWBERRIES ROMANOFF:
1-1/2 pints fresh strawberries; (hulled and sliced)
1/3 cup orange-falvored liqueur
2 Tbls. sugar
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 Tbls. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Shredded orange peel
Combine strawberries, liqueur, and 2 Tbls. sugar. Chill at least 2 hours. Whip cream with 2 Tbls. sugar and vanilla just until soft peaks form. Spoon berries and liquid into sherbert cups; top with whipped cream. Garnish with orange peel. Yield: 4 servings.
