Here's my favorite classic white bread recipe, I am assuming you have a bread machine BV:

CLASSIC WHITE BREAD

1-1/8 C water
3 C bread flour
1-1/2 TB dry milk
2 TB sugar
2 tsp salt
2 TB butter
3 tsp active dry yeast

Also, look on the other boards for someone asking for Quick meals-"I'm the queen of quick" is from me and there are a few meals there. I love quick and easy and convenient but I never sacrifice flavor.
