Kathy-my recipe is like Barb's but we form it into flat circles and then tear a hole in the center so it will cook all the way through. After they are fried, we then spread with refried beans, onions, chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes, grated cheese and then taco sauce. mmmm...good!!
