Dried Beef Casserole
2 c. dry macaroni
2 c. milk
1 c. mushroom soup
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. celery soup
1/2 lb. dried beef
1 small onion (diced)
4 hard-boiled eggs (diced)
Pour hot water over dried beef and let stand a few minutes. Squeeze out the water. Mix all ingredients and pour into 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
