Jackie,
Here is another one for you--it's a little
similar to Elly's though.
1/2 l lb box tri-colored twister macaroni,
cooked and drained
l large head fresh broccoli, cut into pieces
then cooked in water until crisp tender. (don't over
cook!)
2 large carrots, sliced and cooked in water
until crisp tender (don't overcook!)
1/2 cup sliced olives
l bottle Caesar salad dressing
1/4 - 1/3 cup grated Parm. cheese
Mix macaroni, broccoli, carrots and olives
together. Pour in enough Caesar dressing to
taste. Add Parm. cheese. Toss well. Chill f
for about 2 hours before serving.
