6 hard cooked eggs 3/4 Cup beet juice 1/2 C. dry red wine 3/4 C. vinegar 1 bay leaf 1/4 tsp. allspice dash pepper 1 clove garlic, crushed
Combine and heat all ingredients except eggs. Heal but do not boil. Pour hot liquid over eggs Cool, then refrigerate. |
