Grandma Sue: Here is one way:
GRAPE NUT PUDDING
4 level tablespoons minute tapioca 2 1/2 cups cold water 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 3/4 cup Grapenuts 1 cup walnuts Pinch of salt 1 teaspoon vanilla
Cook tapioca and water for 15 minutes or until clear. Remove and immediately add remaining ingredients. Serve with whipped cream. |
