No Page, I have never made it with
the regular bread-I have always used
"Texas Toast". Yes, it is a thick
slice bread. I know that here "Wonder
Bread" and also "Rainbow Bread" both
make Texas Toast.
The bread doesn't seem so thick
after baking,so I think I'd be
skeptical of using regular bread.
It Is Very good. Normally Son
can eat about 10 thick slices of
french toast, but he's lucky to eat
3 of these!
Sometimes I do double the apples
& etc.
