Pizza Crackers

Ritz Crackers
Pizza sauce
Pepperoni and or canned or fresh sliced mushrooms
Shredded mozzarella cheese

Lay Ritz crackers salt side down on a plate. Spoon pizza sauce on top. Place pepperoni and or mushrooms on top of the sauce. Sprinkle cheese on top of that. Microwave for approximately 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
Serves as a quick and easy snack. Great for kids.
