Onion casserole
4 c. vadalia onions sliced thin(packed) salt and pepper 1 c. parmesan cheese 1 c. Italian bread crumbs olive oil or butter
In casserole make 4 layers: 1 c. onions, 1/4 c. cheese, 1/4 c.crumbs, salt and pepper, drizzle oil or butter not too much.
Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
