Just returned from a short trip to beautiful Amish country and brought back several boxes of the dried corn that is used in the corn pudding recipes. I've gotten it before and love the texture and nutty flavor of corn pudding using it. Can anyone tell me how (outside of using one of those dehydrating machines) to dry the corn that way. Also, does anyone have recipes using it other than the traditional corn pudding.
