Many, many, years ago, my Mother driedcorn...she set up trestles with cheese cloth tacked to them. Cut the corn off of the cobs and put on top of the cheese cloth out in the sun. Mixing from time to tiem until eventually it was dried. Really don't think you'd want to do this, but thot maybe you'd like to know how they did it in the "old days" Wonder how the Amish do it?
