I got this recipe from my sister-in-law. It is from a Dallas country club that she used to work at. Very strong flavor--but good! Enjoy!
Warm Artichoke Dip with Pumpernickel Chips Serving Size : 15
2 cans artichoke hearts (14 oz. can) -- drained & chopped 2 cups sour cream 2 cups mayonnaise 1 cup goat cheese (mild plain) -- softened 1/2 cup romano cheese -- grated parsley -- chopped chives -- chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in small baking dish except parsley and chives. Bake until heated through (about 20 minutes). Garnish with parsley and chives. Serve with pumpernickel or bagel chips.
