Lavender Lemonade
1/2 cup mix (recipe to follow) 2 quarts water 2 large cans frozen pink lemonade (the cheapest actually works best)
Blend mix in 2 quarts of water. Take off stove and let sit for 30 minutes. Strain well and use the tea water to reconstitute the frozen pink lemonade. Serve over ice.
Mix
1 lb. lavender 1/3 lb. lemon grass 1/4 lb. mint leaves 1/4 lb. rose hips
Mix together. Store in airtight container.
Now I will say that I have not tried this, but this recipe comes from a local chef that serves this at her restaurant and my friend has had this and say is wonderful. So if you want to give it try, its something different. I think I will.
