Oh my! Made this for dinner tonight for my husband and myself, using two 1-inch thick boneless pork chops but the entire recipe for sauce for four, as you had suggested making extra sauce. It was delicious!
I'm new to this site and loving it - I've seen your name on several postings but have not seen "Lisa in NS", who you gave credit to for the original recipe posting. So, Lisa, if you're reading this, thank you also. It is now a part of my own "tried and true" favorites.
