I found a really good taste combination last night, cooking dinner, which I wanted to share. Probably it's common, but it was new to me.
Started with turkey breast, skinned and boned, that I cut into cubes and sauteed in a wok with oil and butter, a bit of curry paste, chopped pickled carrots and celery.
Along with this I served fresh garden spinach, creamed with a bit of butter and white rice (separate).
The sauteed turkey and creamed spinach were sooo good together.
Now I'm wondering isnt' there a dish called florentine that combines these two flavors in a casserole?
Does anyone know what I'm looking for? Thanks!
Deedee
