Peanut Butter Frosting w/ Eagle Brand milk 1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese softened l (14 oz) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk l cup peanut butter In small mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk then peanut butter until smooth. Us to frost one 8 or 9 inch two layer cake or 4 dozen cupcakes or one 15x10 sheet cake...refrigerate leftovers... |
