Got this out of one of the ladies mags, can't remember which one. Thought this may be appealing since it looks so easy.

Line a 13'x9-in. baking dish with plastic wrap, letting wrap extend by a few inches on long sides. Arrange 6 ice cream sandwitches with sides touching, in 2 rows of 3 each. Spread with 1 cup thawed frozen nondairy whipped topping, then sprinkle with 1/3 cup toffee bits (such as Heath). Top with 6 more ice cream sandwitches; freeze until firm.
Holding plastic wrap extending above sides of pan, lift cake and invert onto a serving platter. Remove plastic wrap, spread top of cake with 1 cup whipped topping and sprinkle with 1/3 cup toffee bits. To serve, slice crosswise. Drizzle with bottled chocolate sauce, if desired.

Note; I thought you could use any kind of candy bar in place of the Heath? I would probably do Mr. Goodbars.
