Moist Corn Bread No buttermilk here, but still delicious.
2 boxes cornbread mix (such as Jiffy) 1 8oz carton sour cream 1 stick margarine, melted 1 8oz can cream-style corn 2 eggs 2 pkgs artificial sweetener or a couple tbsp. sugar
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Pour into a greased 11 x 7 inch pan. Bake @ 375* for about 30 minutes or until golden. Don't overcook or it will dry out. Refrigerate any leftovers. Good stuff!!
