Whatever recipe you use for cornbread...add a big heaping tablespoon of mayonnaise to your batter...my husbands aunt taught me this when I first got married....and Aunt Mag made the best cornbread...hands down!!! (it will be moise just like when you use mayonnaise in a chocolate cake)
