My husband and I love Mex and TexMex and would really love your favorite recipes. I want any and all recipes. Quick and easy, a bit more time consuming, rices, beans, tacos, enchiladas, burritos, meats, seasoning mixes, you name it. I know, I know, I probably should have posted on the international board but I think more of us check this board first and then check out the others as time permits. I know I do. So I'm being selfish and hoping to get more posts by posting here. And Jo/Az my good friend, I'm counting on you. I'm sure you must have some great recipes being so close to New Mexico and all.
