Do you have the recipe for the "Four Layer Dessert"?? I made two for my
sons' graduations. We had over 50 people and there was some left. Also,
another quickie is purchased angel food cake and a good quality strawberry
ice cream, maybe topped with hot fudge sauce. If it's an informal gathering,
how about make your own sundaes? Different flavors of ice cream and assorted
toppings plus sprinkles and whipped cream and you're all set. Your guests will
do the work :) Hope this helps!
