Here are a couple of hash recipes. As you can see, you can be very creative when making your hash. You can easily use your roast beef in the second recipe instead of the ground beef. You can include more or less of any ingredients according to your family's favorites. I hope this helps!

BEEF OR VENISON HASH

Ingredients:

2 tb Bacon drippings
1 lg Onion, chopped
3 c Cooked, chopped beef or Venison roast.
2 Med. potatoes cut in 16 pcs.
2 tb Flour
1 Clove garlic, minced
3 c Beef broth
1/4 ts Black pepper
1/4 ts Seasoned salt(optional)
1/2 tb Chili powder (optional)

Brown onion and potatoes in bacon fat. Add four and brown. Add
broth and other ingredients. Let simmer until tender.b

SOUTHWESTERN BEEF HASH

1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 sm Onion -- chopped
3 c Frozen Potatoes Obrien
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 c Salsa
Sliced Green Onions (Optional)
Sliced Black Olives (Optional)

Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet over medium heat until no
longer pink. Drain. Stir in potatoes, salt, and pepper. Increase
heat to medium-high and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir
in salsa. Cook 8 to 10 minutes more until potatoes are lightly
browned, stirring occasionally. Garnish with green onions and black
olives, if desired.

Yield: 4 servings.
