Awhile ago, while looking through a magazine, I came across a brownie recipe
using cottage cheese. (They were advertising the benefits of using low-fat
cottage cheese to make low fat brownies) I never got to try the recipe because
I lost the magazine, however, since I'm very interested in trying it, I'm hoping
that someone has a recipe similar to the one I'm talking about.
