This is a great recipe for kids, young and old alike! You can also shake powdered sugar over it before eating! Some ppl. also use syrup! Plain is great too!

12 slices bread
3/4 c. peanut butter
6 Tbsp. jelly (you can use jam/preserves)
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Spread peanut butter on 6 slices of brad. Spread jelly on the other 6 slices of bread. Make them into sandwiches.
Mix together the eggs, milk and salt.
Melt margarine/butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Dip sandwiches in egg mixture, coating well.
Place in skillet and brown on both sides.
Serve immediately.
