When you make jello: After you dissolve gelatin in hot water, add applesauce instead of cold water.

Use apple juice or cider to simmer chicken or pork.

Add some cranberries or craisins to your apple pie.

Add cinnamon-sugar to some applesauce, and layer it in your rice pudding.

Use your apple jelly to glaze a cake. Let the glaze set, then frost the cake.
I usually melt the jelly with a spoonful of water or juice, and glaze the HOT cake... it'll soak right in. People often ask why the cake is so moist, but don't believe me when I tell them.

If you make ice cream, add some apples and cinnamon-sugar to it. They do that at the apple orchard cafe.

Note: when making cinnamon-sugar, add a bit of cloves to it. It enhances the cinnamon flavor nicely.

Now I have to go and look up some apple recipes. There's this apple orchard nearby.....
