This doesn't have the dried vegetables but its creamy and very good. This is just one of those throw together soups. I always serve with mexican cornbread.
Brown 1 and 1/2lbs ground beef with chopped onions and garlic. Drain.Add 3 cans of chicken broth,2 cans of water, 1 can crushed tomatoes, 2T. worchestire sauce, 1t hot sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Add any fresh or canned vegies of your choice. Simmer until vegies are tender. Melt 1/4c butter in 1/2c flour. cook over med. heat until brown. Whisk into soup. cover and simmer 15 min. |
