Hi Pat,
Your dinner sounds wonderful! How about green bean casserole? It is posted
here. Or the vegetable medley casserole? Do a search and you should find.
Have fun and yes, please post the pork chop recipe. Just thought of something
I always serve with pork or ham....broiled peach halves. Very easy, pit the
peaches, place a little butter in the crevice where the stone was, sprinkle
a little brown sugar on top of the butter and broil til tender. If using
canned peach halves, only takes a few minutes...broiling really brings out the
sweetness of the peaches. Good Luck!! Thanks in advance for the pork chop
recipe :)
