Hi Janet; Here are the pie recipes you requested PEACH AMARETTO CHEESE PIE 1- 9" unbaked pastry shell 1- 8oz. cream cheese, softened 1 can eagle brand milk 2 eggs 3 Tbsp. amaretto liqueur 1 1/2 tsp. almond extract 3 medium peaches, seeded, peeled and sliced, or a 16 oz. pkg of frozen peach slices, thawed and well drained 2 Tbsp. peach preserves Preheat oven to 375*. Bake pastry shell 15 minutes. Meanwhile in large mixer bowl, beat cheese till fluffy, gradually beat in milk until smooth. Add eggs, 2 Tbsp. amaretto and 1 tsp. extract, mix well. Pour into prepared pastry shell. Bake 25 mins. or till set. Cool. Arrange peach slices on top of pie. In small saucepan, combine preserves, remaining Tbsp. amaretto and remaining 1/2 tsp. extract. Cook and stir over low heat until hot. Spoon over top of pie. Chill. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers. Have to make a phone call, so I will post the other two after bit.
