This recipe was copied from a Mennonite recipe book that I purchased in Penn.Hope this is the one you were looking for. Salad: 12 cups potatoes 12 hard-boiled eggs 1 cup finely chopped celery 1 finely chopped onion Dressing: 3 cups mayonnaise 6 tsp. mustard(I think you could use dry mustard, just less) 11/4 cups sugar 1/2 cup milk 4 tsp. salt or less 1/4 cup vinegar Cook,cool and shred potatoes to make 12 cups. Shred the eggs and combine all salad ingredients. Combine all dressing ingredients and pour over potatoes. Kath /Carolina
