This is always a pleaser... so MOIST!
1 Devil's Food Cake Mix 1 jar butterscotch ice cream topping 1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk 1 tub cool whip Crushed Heath bar
Prepare cake according to directions in a 9 x 13 pan. While the cake is still warm, poke holes with the back of a wooden spoon. Drizzle the butterscotch and condensed milk over the top. You can sprinkle Heath bar bits over the cake at this time, but save a few for decoration. When the cake is cool, spread the cool whip on top and sprinkle the reserved Heath bits over it. I like to serve it chilled. the kids always love this one!
