Hello Barbara,

We should probably put this question out for everyone's opinion. I think that for cooking you don't need to be very particular about what label/brand of wine you use. I don't like to use 'cooking wine' because that usually has added salt added to it. If you have a favorite dish you might want to experiment to see if you can taste a difference.
