Please help! I am trying to find cheesecake recipes for pina colada cheesecake that uses the pina colada frozen drink mix. Also I am looking for a recipe for coconut cheesecake that uses canned coconut milk. Both recipes where in a small book put out by Philadelphia Cream Cheese and it was my favourite cheesecake recipes. any help would be greatly appreciated. simonatom
