Cheese Dip

1 (12 oz) log Cracker Barrel extra-sharp white cheese
1 cup reduced fat mayonnaise (I use Hellman's green label)
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
about 6-8 drops hot pepper sauce

Shred cheese, mix with mayo and add other ingredients. Microwave on medium for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through. If it is not smooth and creamy when the five minutes are up, microwave another minute or two and stir well. Great with Wheat Thins!
