LOTS OF FOLKS COOK HAMBONE WITH NAVY OR GREAT NORTHERN BEANS, BUT YOU COULD TRY DRIED BABY OR LARGE LIMA BEANS. COOK IT THE SAME AS YOU WOULD THE OTHER BEANS, SERVE WITH CORNBREAD.

Recipe(tried): Try drizzling a little white vinegar on the beans and ham -- think it's a "northern" thing, but delicious (I buy bone-in hams just for this purpose) (nt) ;0) laa
