Corned Beef in Crock Pot
I always put mine in the crockpot over night and then the next day remove and refrigerate. It slices great when cold. Then from the liquid from the corned beef in the crockpot add potatoes, carrots onions cabbage. When they are done add the sliced corned beef to heat it up. It is always tender that way and make sure you slice it across the grain of the meat.
