ISO: Roasted Corn

Misc.
I recently had some wonderful roasted corn at a craft fair. I know that the silk had been removed from the cobs with shucks remained in place, and then they are soaked in cold water.....my question is: what next? How long is the corn soaked and how long is it left on the grill?
