I have a friend that takes the silk and husk off of the corn. She then takes a piece of aluminum foil, puts a thick line of barbeque sauce on it, rolls the corn in the sauce to coat, wraps the foil around the corn and puts on the barbeque rack for about 10 minutes on each side. No need for fattening butter and yummy.
