Here's a tasty recipe for all to enjoy!Japanese Chicken Salad 1/2 t. pepper 4 T. sugar 2 t. salt 3 t. Accent 4 T. vinegar 1/2 c. salad oil Shake all together and refrigerate or makejust before serving. Salad: 2 whole chicken breasts 1 head lettuce, shredded 1/4 c. poppy seeds1 sm. can chow mein noodles 1 sm. can slivered almonds 3 green onions, chopped Boil chicken breasts until tender and tearinto slivers. add lettuce and green onions.Add poppy seeds, chow mein noodles and almonds just before serving. Toss with dressing and serve immediately. Serves 8 generously. ENJOY!
