Hi Pat, This is our family favorite!

MOM SCHOEN'S TUNA CASSEROLE

1 LB. macorini shells (pre cook 6-8 minutes) Drained
Fry together:
1 medium onion
1 green bell pepper chopped
1/4 LB. butter or margarine
Fry above until lighty browned.

1 large can Tuna fish, drained and broken into small chunks
2 small cans tomato sauce
1/4 LB. yellow American cheese or Velveeta cheese, cut into small pieces
In a 2 quart casserole dish, put in shells, onion and pepper mixture, tuna
fish, tomato sauce and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and add enough
milk, just to cover the shells.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour and then reduce oven temperature to 275
degrees and bake for another 1/2 hour. Serves 4-6 . Very Good!
